Patricia Trippe has been in the Real Estate and Property Management industry since 1986. At age 23 years old she started as a Leasing Agent and saw her passion for Real Estate and continued to rise through the positions until she was able to purchase the Management Company in 1996 and formed Trippe Realty Management. Pat has since been brokering real estate, providing consulting services to buyers and sellers of commercial multifamily apartment properties to buy and flipping investment properties.
Trippe Realty’s experience still prevails today with knowledge in having been the largest property management company in North Central Florida until 2009 and managing 19 Multifamily Apartment properties ranging from Affordable housing to Luxury housing throughout Florida and Georgia until 2017.
Today Trippe Realty offers that knowledge as a consultant to investors looking to purchase Multi Family properties to those that are looking to improve their profit margins or are preparing to sell their property.
